A superb WTD (walk the dog) surface wobbler. Floating version. When pulled gently and regularly with the rod tip, it darts first to the right and then to the left,
which, given its small size, proved to be a revelation for chub! Despite its relatively low weight (4.0 g), it flies like a bullet. It is best to guide it with the current, wading upstream so as not to scare away cautious chubs.
Jerk it with the tip lowered towards the water surface or parallel to the water,
taking up the slack in the line all the time. With this technique, there are really a lot of bites and they are very spectacular!
The Top Master is so effective that it fully deserves its name!
