Japanese YGK X-Braid Ultra2 Max WX8 braids use improved Ultra2 fibers to have about 40% better strength compared to 1st generation Dyneema / Spectra braids. A very thin silicone coating on the surface reduces friction and allows you to make long, accurate throws. The WX braid technology and the HST process make the line stretchy. The 8-strand body provides a smooth line surface.
